Easel Easter Card
I wanted to do an easel card, so I cut the frame backing out of white cardstock, then a top frame out of cream cardstock. I decorated the card with some eggs, bits of grass and a bunny I cut out with my Silhouette. I sponged some green grass in ink to make a background and added some glitter glue to the eggs before gluing everything down. For the sentiment, I die cut a smaller frame and wrote the sentiment (in German) with a glitter pen. I added a small jewel to help the card stand open.

Festive Christmas Bear Card
Wishing you all a Very Merry Christmas.
This is an easel card I made, using a circular die for the base. For the front panel, I used the same outer die, but added an enhancing die to make it fancier. I used a branch punch to make the Christmas tree, then decorated it with punched ornaments and a star. I used nail art tape for the tinsel.
The bear was stamped on white cardstock and coloured with copic & spectrum noir markers. I used stamps to decorate the base and a flower bead and two cut leaves to hold the card open.

Tea For Two Easel Card
Today I had the pleasure of getting together with a friend I haven't seen in YEARS. The two of us, plus her young son and a mutual friend, went to Casa Loma (something else I haven't seen in years).
My friend, who writes Biblical fiction and Christian romances, recently started collecting tea cups. I didn't want to bog down her luggage, so I made her a tea pot/cup card. The pot and cups were cut out on my Silhouette.
It didn't want to lie completely flat for this picture so you can see the inside roses peeking out.
I wanted the card to be displayable, so I made it an easel card (my first). I added a button to the tea pot lid inside, to hold it open.

Ink: Red Crayola Marker, Memento Tuxedo Black, Encore Ultimate Metallic Gold
Gold Accent: Sakura gel pen
